01.  The Mission

Huynchi

Huynchi is a Vietnamese workplace design and construction firm. Huynchi has been dedicated to developing efficient office environments for over 18 years, designing and executing corporate interiors, architecture, corporate campuses, and research and development facilities.

Although they have a professional and diverse project portfolio with medium and big corporate companies in Vietnam, they have not done any marketing activities and built brand awareness in the market. In 2020, the founder – Mr. Vu Tung Huy, started seeking some local marketing agencies to do the rebranding and build their new online presence such as company website, social media channels, and CRM activities.

02.  The Challenge

A brand story is the heart and soul of your brand. Without a brand story, the colours, the logo, the name, and the tagline have no meanings.

We believe the brand story must be priceless brand equity. Ptech had to recreate their story, all values, skills, and outstanding work through a new website and official social media platforms in order to enable the founder’s mission. More than that, we execute our one-stop-for-all marketing services to bring all brand equity to the internet realm and reach more target customers.

03. The Solution

Ptech came to Huynchi via a partner’s reference, as the light at the end of the tunnel, when Mr. Huy felt hard to find a local agency with an international view and mind set. Beyond his expectation, we built a new communication strategy for Huynchi and implemented the plan through the website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email marketing and digital marketing campaigns.

Before building the content strategy, thorough research was conducted to generate a list of relevant keywords in the design & building industry. This step is to ensure the healthy organic growth of Huynchi’s new website.

Based on existing brand materials (logo, mission, values, work’s portfolio) and founder’s sharings, our mission is to develop Huynchi’s online presence and rebuild the core content to demonstrate brand equity via the new website and all communication channels such as Facebook & LinkedIn.

As a result, the communication strategy aimed to illustrate their marketing objectives, target audiences, key messages, and suitable content angles on each channel. By using primary and secondary research, Ptech Group organised online interviews with the founders and internal team to collect the insight and information from the brand and conducted considerable online research within the industry to find effective communication ways.

The creation of a new website and social media channels has considerably increased Huynchi’s brand awareness in the market. After three months, the LinkedIn Page’s community grew from zero to over 300 followers. After the first campaign, the total reach on Facebook was more than 50k individuals.

Besides, we enhanced the brand materials by building the standards of designs, photos, and videos for each project.

For all services and SOWs that we provided to Huynchi, we firmly believe that we are capable of replacing an in-house marketing team to help the business grow the right and successful way.
