01. The Mission

Since 2015, Mathew Liquor has drawn thousands of walk-in local traffic to its three bottle shops in Australia’s Western Suburbs. However, the entire shop database was still managed separately and manually, reducing staff efficiency and costing the company thousands of dollars every year.
They reach Ptech Group in the middle of 2020; when lockdown and restrictions are still in place. Never before did they realise the importance of a well-functioned E-commerce store. Their goal was to successfully transition from a predominantly offline bottle shop to a significant player in the digital space.
02. The Solution

Develop a new ERP system to integrate the database of three stores into one place. This ERP system allows Mathew Liquor to manage every essential task of all stores in one place, from orders, payments, payroll, stocks, etc.
Develop the E-commerce platform, together with expertise in website content writing to enhance the seamless shopping experience in both physical and online stores.
Tailor the Social Media marketing strategy (Facebook & Instagram) to capture the audience’s attention.
