Thanh Long is a business case that transforms from a traditional wholesaler to an online retail store that provides more delivery options to their local customers. In this way, the online platform also helps them automate some manual tasks, inventory, and processes, reduce human errors, and price products accurately.

Thanh Long is a wholesale fruits and veggies store in Sydney established 6 years ago. Since 2020, the pandemic has incurred the high demand for the grocery industry, and customer buying behaviour has also changed significantly. To take the opportunities, Mr Linh Nguyen – the owner of Thanh Long Grocery – entrusted Ptech Group as his partner to create an online retail store based on his wholesale business. Ptech provided solutions by transforming all raw data and bringing them to a suitable e-commerce platform via Shopify.

As a result, an e-commerce website helped extend clients’ business to double the sale revenue. Moreover, a new online store levelled up its brand identity and local market awareness.
